Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method within 1-2 business days.

While our standard cancellation window is 24 hours, we understand that unexpected circumstances can happen.

If you need to cancel after this window, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request when possible.

Please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

We will offer a full replacement or store credit (your choice) for the following issues:

• Arrives defective or damaged
• You receive the wrong item, design, or size
• The package is lost in transit
• The package is marked as delivered but was never received

• Change of mind
• Customer-selected wrong size
• Incorrect address
• Minor color variation
  

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Claims without photo evidence will not be processed.

No return shipping is required for approved claims.

All orders require 2–5 business days to produce before they are shipped. You'll receive a tracking number once shipped.

As a result, if your order is canceled for any reason, you may not be able to purchase the same item you originally ordered, and if the same item is available, it may not be available at the same price of your original purchase.
